Their Secure Core architecture protects your connection by routing your traffic through multiple servers before leaving their network. Secure core servers are located in hardened data centers in Switzerland, Iceland, and Sweden, protected by strong privacy laws, and operated on ProtonVPN's own dedicated networks.

No Logs Policy

Under Swiss law, ProtonVPN are not obligated to save any user connection logs, nor can they be forced to perform targeted logging on specific users. This allows them to ensure that your private browsing history does, stay private and cannot be turned over to a third-party under any circumstances. ProtonVPN's no logs policy applies to all their users, including those on the free VPN plan.

Kill Switch and Always-on VPN
